Chef Enden is a gourmet culinary artist, who has provided service for all types of VIPS. From members of the White House to various artists, he has created quite a following. Some of his clients have been Beyonce, Brooks and Dunn, Diamond Rio, Trace Atkins, R Kelly, Jay Z, Styx, Bon Jovi and countless more.
In 1998, while creating a salad, Chef Enden was unable to find a suitable cinnamon roasted pecan. He began to research producing the product himself. After searching the world, he stumbled upon the original 250-year-old Bavarian recipe. He was pleased and started to make bulk nuts for his specialty salad. The salad and the candied nuts he created were a spectacular hit! Demand for the cinnamon roasted nuts grew so extensively that Chef Enden began to package and sell the product individually. Chef Enden’s Bavarian Nut Haus™ was born.
Today, Chef Enden’s™ hand-roasts, packages, markets and distributes over 800 thousand pounds of Bavarian roasted nuts through direct retail and two-step food service distributors. Chef Enden’s™ is the industry’s leading producer and only supplier of an authentic Bavarian recipe!
Currently, Chef Enden’s™ operates three free standing units in two shopping malls and a waterpark.
